Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice, and soup dishes to various curries. The team in the restaurant, located in the Mattenhof area in Kriens, takes care of regular guests on site as well as incoming take-away and delivery orders. Nooch has 139 seats indoors and another 176 outdoors.

Structure of the training:
Practical training in several phases ๐ช
Theoretical modules on topics such as product knowledge, sushi preparation, and fish processing ๐
Practical and theoretical exams ๐
Focus on solid basic knowledge and perfection ๐ง
Preparation for the diverse world of Japanese cuisine ๐
Your versatile tasks:
Preparing the mise en place for sushi production ๐ฃ
Preparing various sushi and sushi platters ๐จ
Ordering fish and vegetables according to internal guidelines ๐
Checking incoming goods ๐
Adhering to the hygiene concept according to HACCP ๐งผ
Your talents & experience:
Interest and passion for Japanese cuisine โค๏ธ
At least 2 years of experience in the kitchen ๐ช
Good German skills ๐ฉ๐ช
Valid work permit for Switzerland ๐
Flexibility (hourly shifts and weekend work) ๐
๐ฅ Personal: friendly, customer-oriented, team player, well-groomed appearance.
๐ Interest in Japanese culture and basic IT skills are an advantage. ๐
