Hybrid Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You keep business-critical IT platforms efficient and secure and ensure reliable operation of local as well as cloud-based services.
You further develop the management of user identities and permissions and support virtual desktop environments as well as the underlying computing resources.
You implement protection mechanisms for Microsoft cloud applications and ensure compliance with technical security requirements.
You simplify administrative processes through automation and establish solutions for a resilient, fail-safe system architecture.
You coordinate the handling of operational issues, evaluate change requests, and work with internal teams on the continuous improvement of service quality.
Qualifications:
You have a degree in computer science or systems engineering and bring solid experience in supporting professional IT platforms.
You are familiar with Windows server technologies, directory services, Microsoft 365, and virtual infrastructures.
You understand the interrelations between access protection, cloud architecture, and operational security and can implement technical measures purposefully.
You work proactively, enjoy learning new technologies, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
You communicate appropriately for the audience, moderate technical coordination confidently, and have very good German skills as well as sufficient English skills for technical collaboration.
