About the job
What you will do here
- Support the room management and annual planning process (reserve rooms, create occupancy plans, handle various organizational clarifications, etc.)
- Operate the reception desk and manage the department's main phone number
- General administrative tasks (CRM data maintenance, office supply ordering, correspondence, etc.)
- Actively assist in the mail service and take on additional services and tasks for the Support Management area
- Act as deputy for the Head of Reception
What you ideally bring
- Commercial basic training or comparable education with several years of relevant professional experience
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office) as well as high technical affinity
- Communicative, flexible, and team-oriented personality with an independent and structured way of working
- Enjoy interacting with customers, high service orientation, and networked thinking
- Confident German language skills as well as good French and English skills
On-site working days, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 07:45 to 12:15 and from 13:00 to 17:15 (Fridays until 16:00)
