The Montessori School Meyrin, located in the Geneva region, is looking for a French-speaking Montessori Guide for our 6-12 class, for the 2024 – 2025 school year, starting from 15 August 2024, with the possibility of extension.

As a Montessori guide for 6-12 year olds, your responsibilities include:
- Taking pedagogical responsibility for the 6-12 class
- Establishing close collaboration with the English-speaking, German-speaking guides and the assistant
- Contributing to the development of the children while encouraging their autonomy
- Ensuring the social and intellectual development of the children
- Including parents as partners in their child’s education
- Adhering to the Montessori Cosmic Education programme
We are looking for a 6 – 12 year old guide with:
- A work ethic and values corresponding to the well-being of children in their second plane of development
- A team spirit and collaborative attitude
- Enthusiasm, who enjoys taking initiatives and seeing them through
- An interest in enriching the school culture
Job requirements:
- AMI diploma 6-12 years
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 6 to 12 year old class is essential.
- Native French speaker. Intermediate communication in English is an advantage.
- Swiss work permit or EU citizen
