The Gärtnerhaus Foundation supports over 80 people with mental health challenges and offers them housing, work, and activity opportunities. Together, we create living spaces where people can grow – professionally, personally, and together.

For our gardening team, we are looking for a committed individual who wants to combine their expertise with social engagement.

Applicants without experience in work education are also welcome. We will support you on your journey.

Your main tasks:

• You accompany and support our clients in their daily work routine.
• You maintain and design the foundation’s garden areas.
• You carry out varied customer orders in gardening and landscaping.
• You take on responsibility as a key contact person.
• You organise your work independently and also handle minor administrative tasks. No day is like the other – that’s exactly what makes this position so exciting.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ in gardening and landscaping
• Enjoyment in working with people
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Resilience, flexibility and a healthy dose of pragmatism
• Driving licence category B
• Experience in work education is an advantage – more important to us is your willingness to support people and learn new things.
• A clean criminal record (before starting the job)
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and experiencing success together with our clients
