Tasks
- You coordinate the operational daily business, schedule additional and special orders and ensure smooth operations in the event of short-term staff or vehicle absences.
- You prepare the daily orders, maintain relevant data in our systems and ensure communication and order transmission to our employees via fleet management.
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and employees, handle enquiries both by phone and in writing, and provide competent, solution-oriented advice.
- You record, check and validate services and working hours, take on invoicing tasks, approve invoices and prepare quotes for transport orders.
- You deputise for the group management during their absence and ensure the organisation and coordination of the operational daily business.
Profile
- Technical, logistical or commercial basic training (EFZ level).
- At least two years of professional experience in dispatch, logistics or a comparable operational environment as well as a good understanding of vehicle types, applications and technical requirements.
- Organisational talent with an independent and structured way of working as well as the ability to keep an overview and find pragmatic solutions even with short-term changes.
- Very good German skills (C1 level), as well as confident use of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Teams; experience with digital dispatch, fleet management and ERP systems, such as SAP, is an advantage.
- Driving licence category B as well as willingness to work early and late shifts between 06:00 and 17:00 and occasional assignments outside regular working hours.
