Business Engineer Digital Pension Provision

Tasks

• Analysis and specification of requirements for digital pension solutions (e.g. Pillar 3a,
  portability, securities investments) in the banking environment
• Collaboration in the further development of the digital pension portfolio
• Workshops with requirement providers, product management and specialist departments
• Customer-centric requirements analysis and creation of GUI prototypes (with UX/UI specialists)
• Independent development of solution proposals
• Support of implementation and acceptance of features
• Quality assurance and testing of functionalities

Requirements

• Several years of solid experience in business engineering at financial service providers or insurance companies
• Experience in digital investment platforms, pension solutions or
  consulting solutions
• Sound methodological knowledge (e.g. BPMN, GUI prototyping, story maps)
• Experience in agile organisations, preferably with SAFe
• Very good German language skills

Advantageous

• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Figma
