As an M365 Cloud Engineer, you manage workplace environments that run entirely in the cloud. Tenant configuration, collaboration services, and automation are part of your daily toolkit. You gather requirements directly from customers and translate them into clean technical concepts. Implementation is carried out independently or within a project team. Your expertise around Microsoft 365 (M365) grows step by step.
Responsibilities:
You configure services via the admin portals and technically implement policies, roles, and licensing models
Furthermore, you realise site structures, libraries, and sharing concepts in SharePoint Online
Additionally, you manage Exchange Online including mail flow, connectors, and transport rules
You analyse faults in existing installations, resolve causes, and document changes comprehensibly
You automate recurring processes with scripts and low-code workflows
You also accompany migrations and rollouts from the testing phase to productive operation
Qualifications:
You have a basic IT education and have acquired relevant certifications
You confidently manage Windows clients and are familiar with common deployment and update mechanisms
You find working with Microsoft 365 services and tools easy
You also have practical experience with collaboration platforms, especially Microsoft Teams
Initial scripting routine with PowerShell as well as basic knowledge of Entra ID complete your profile
You communicate clearly and precisely in German, and English technical documentation poses no difficulty for you
