About the job
To strengthen our Purchasing & Procurement department, we are looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Officer responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of supplies, stock management, and coordination of logistics flows in support of our medical and hospitality activities.

Your responsibilities
Operational logistics
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment for the various medical and hospitality departments.
- Organise the receipt, storage, preparation, delivery, and dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate the movement of equipment between the central store and the different services.
- Manage the operational running of the medical equipment store.
- Update locations and optimise the organisation of shelving as well as logistics routes.
- Process invoices and assist in resolving any billing disputes.
- Coordinate the responsibilities for storage and management of specific equipment with the relevant departments.
Purchasing and cross-functional support
- Process operational purchase requests in the ERP and ServiceNow.
- Handle internal mail as well as national and international shipments, notably for the laboratory, via La Poste and FedEx.
- Work closely with medical teams, operating theatres, concierge, spa, kitchen, restaurant, finance, and other relevant services.
- Participate in establishing a logistics duo to ensure continuity of activities and knowledge sharing.
Stock management and inventories
- Supervise, control, and optimise stocks and inventories of the medical and hospitality departments.
- Create and maintain new stocks according to operational needs.
- Ensure the security of sensitive stocks.
- Use and monitor mobile consumption terminals and scanning systems.
- Guarantee the reliability and traceability of stock movements using ERP and e-procurement tools.
Compliance and audits
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards applicable to purchasing and logistics.
- Prepare the necessary elements for audits.
- Check the consistency and reliability of logistics data.
Your profile
- You hold a logistics technician federal certificate (CFC) or have proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or purchasing.
- You are proficient with management IT tools and comfortable with Excel. Knowledge of Opale Solutions, ServiceNow, or Zebra terminals is an advantage.
- Experience in a medical, hospital, hospitality environment or a sector subject to high quality and traceability requirements is a plus.
- You are fluent in French. An operational level of English is appreciated.
