About the job
Financial sustainability is a central concern of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (RCRC). The national Red Cross societies in Central and South America often rely on international funding and income from assets and services. Most of them have not yet systematically employed fundraising through local private donors. From 2027, the International Department of the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) will support several partner societies in Central and South America in developing this form of fundraising. For this purpose, the SRC is seeking a Fundraising Delegate for Central and South America from 1 January 2027 or by agreement. The position is limited to 12 months.
Place of work: Remote, ideally in Central or South America, with regular travel within the region
