The Vivazzo Foundations offer life and development opportunities for adults with physical and psychological impairments. • Participation-oriented support of our residents
• Work as a coordination person, development planning in dialogue
• Practical instruction of trainees in training (AGS, FABE, SP)
• Collaboration in participation- and development-oriented life and everyday design
• Maintaining client documentation (with the IT solution "easyDOK")
• Preparation, control and administration of medication
• Leading visits and reports
• Responsibility for constructive, systemic collaboration

… you bring with you…

• Completed training as a social pedagogue
• High social competence, independence, flexibility and personal responsibility
• Balanced personality characterised by confidence
• Security/experience in dealing with (psychiatric) emergency situations and with people with challenging behaviours
• Enjoyment of relationship work, preferably shaped through shared experiences
• Interest in a long-term commitment in a appreciative environment
