You create reliable framework conditions for the support and promotion of students with high care needs as well as with focus areas in social-emotional and cognitive learning. Together with your team, you ensure targeted and effective support. In doing so, you set clear impulses for innovative and sustainable school and teaching development. At the same time, you support your team in developing viable and creative solutions and living a professional and appreciative collaboration.
