Specialist Client Lifecycle Management CLM (f/m)

Valentin, Jülide, David and five other colleagues from the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team are looking for reinforcement. In other words: you!

Your new job

• You check customer documents and forms for compliance with internal bank guidelines - from account opening in the branch to online opening.
• You advise and support our customer advisors helpfully and competently on professional, organisational and technical questions
• You monitor compliance with all requirements using our internal control system and ensure it
• You assess complex issues such as partnerships and legal entities and maintain the corresponding data in our banking system
• In addition, you check, record and update powers of attorney, actively contribute to digitisation projects and share your knowledge within the team

What we benefit from

• Completed banking apprenticeship, advanced professional training (HF, federal specialist certificate) or business studies
• Two or more years of practical experience in the banking environment as well as interest in compliance topics such as VSB, AIA and FATCA
