Citrix End Level Supporter 100% (a) [2816]

• Support of internal employees in the Citrix environment
• Analysis and resolution of technical faults in the Citrix environment and with applications
• Processing and resolution of support tickets as well as conducting remote support
• Participation in the migration of existing applications and ensuring smooth operation

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Experience in 2nd-level support, ideally in the Citrix environment
• Good knowledge of Citrix systems and Windows operating systems
• Experience in application support and ideally in application migration
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
