Wellness Company AG in Rotkreuz/ZG is a successful SME providing a wide range of services related to whirlpools, swim spas and high-quality wellness facilities (such as saunas and infrared cabins) throughout Switzerland. As we are growing and want to further enhance our service quality, we are looking for a flexible, independent and skilled craftsman from 01.02.2027 or by arrangement.

In this exciting role, you will support our customers in the area of service and repair.

Your responsibilities include

• Support with the professional installation and commissioning of the systems on site at the customer
• Independent reporting of service orders as well as collaboration in the expansion of our service tool
• Support in inventory management

You bring with you

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an electrician/plumber
• Independent, structured and precise way of working in a small, dynamic team
• Organisational talent and administrative skill in handling modern work tools (MS Office/tablet)
• Flexibility regarding working hours and travel activity throughout Switzerland
• Driving licence category B is mandatory, category BE (car with trailer) is a great advantage
• Impeccable manners and a neat appearance
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are required, foreign languages (FR/EN) are a welcome plus
