Tasks
- Responsibility for the implementation and quality of the mandatory module Red Flags ( Red Flags - Competently recognising and understanding medical emergencies )
- Supervision and further development of the examination system (examinations mostly take place on Saturdays)
- Supervision and further development of performance assessments
- Lecturing in various modules, depending on prior education (teaching takes place on weekdays and partly on Saturdays)
- Selection and supervision of lecturers
- Co-design and further development of the MAS in Physician Associate Skills
Profile
Requirements for this responsible position are a university degree in a health profession with a clinical focus in medicine, preferably a qualified medical doctor with professional experience, as well as experience and further training in professional and higher education didactics including examination systems and performance assessments. We are looking for a service-oriented, innovative personality who values customer contacts and is well networked in healthcare. You enjoy passing on your expertise and experience in medicine. You possess strong communication skills, independence, and a high level of commitment. Experience and knowledge of the Physician Associate profession are advantageous. You can express yourself fluently in German and English (at least level B2) both orally and in writing; knowledge of French is an advantage. Furthermore, you enjoy challenging tasks in a dynamic environment and like working in interprofessional contexts. You are open to working within the role-based leadership model of the Institute of Public Health.
