The industrialisation team ensures that ideas, data and prototypes become economically and reliably producible series products.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a strong leadership and practice-oriented personality as

Head of Industrialisation 80-100% 

Responsibilities:

You will get involved, lead a team of six employees and be responsible for the successful transfer of new products into series production.

• Technical and personnel management of the industrialisation and production planning team
• Planning and support of prototype, pre-series and series launches
• Analysis of manufacturability and calculation of manufacturing costs
• Development and optimisation of manufacturing, equipment and industrialisation concepts
• Responsibility for work plans, production documents and master data
• Conducting DfX design reviews and managing technical change control
• Continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and costs

Profile:

You have solid experience in industrialisation, manufacturing engineering, production planning or product development in a technically demanding production environment.

• Understanding of production processes, manufacturing technologies, production planning and manufacturing costs
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing employees
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, mechatronics or a comparable industrial environment is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial, structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and team spirit
• IT affinity and confident handling of common MS Office applications and ERP systems
• Very good German and good English skills
