ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Participation in diverse infrastructure and customer projects as well as support in the technical implementation and further development of existing IT solutions
Support of business customers and ensuring reliable IT services as well as assistance with technical and operational concerns
Identifying additional customer needs and actively contributing to the further development of existing customer relationships and IT services
Participation in on-call duty as well as support in professional guidance and knowledge transfer to ICT apprentices
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology and at least one year of practical professional experience
Sound knowledge in the Microsoft Windows client/server environment as well as experience with server virtualisation and Microsoft 365
Independent, reliable and flexible personality with a strong customer and service orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
Fluent German and good English skills as well as a category B driving licence and willingness to participate in on-call duty
