As the deputy head of the surgery department, you hold many strings together: You support the department management, accompany your team through everyday life, and ensure that everything runs smoothly even when things are hectic at the front. With your ideas, experience, and open ear, you make a difference.
- You set the pace: Together with the department management, you bring structure to the proceedings, coordinate the processes, and ensure that everything in surgery works well together.
- You are the joker when it counts: You recognise where support is needed, step in, and ensure that everyday life continues.
- You build bridges instead of walls: You bring nursing, doctors, and all other professional groups together and ensure collaboration that really works.
- You plant the nursing of tomorrow today: You support our trainees and students, pass on your know-how, and help them to grow beyond themselves.
- You show who we are: You represent See-Spital and surgery with heart, competence, and team spirit.
- You turn ideas into reality: You take on additional tasks and projects in consultation with the department management and actively shape the further development of the department.
What you bring:
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF, FH, DNII, AKP) as well as experience in an acute hospital.
- First leadership experience or the desire to take the next step.
- You communicate clearly, take initiative, and can assert yourself.
- You think ahead, develop further, and like to embrace change.
- You are familiar with MS Office and PC applications.
- You master shift and weekend duties with team spirit.
- You know the everyday nursing routine and do not lose your composure even on turbulent days.
