From summer 2027, we offer the following apprenticeship at our location in Rüti near Büren:

Apprenticeship as Commercial Clerk EFZ (Services & Administration)

Your tasks:

Commercial clerks plan, manage, advise, and are versatile. Independent work on the PC is part of your duties, as well as handling telephone calls and participating in meetings. On the computer, you write letters, minutes, offers, and much more. You procure raw materials and purchasing items, process customer enquiries, ensure transport planning, and take care of correct invoicing as well as payment processing. Organising events and welcoming guests also fall within your responsibilities.

Your profile:

You are a reliable and independent person with very good academic performance. Excellent German skills as well as good school knowledge of French and English, a flair for numbers, and enjoyment in working with modern IT tools will make your daily work easier. If you are a team-oriented organisational talent and enjoy communicating with different stakeholders, then we look forward to hearing from you.
