Do you have experience in supporting Business Applications and want to apply your knowledge in the service environment? With us, you support our users around SAP as well as other Business Applications, develop our service processes further together with the specialist departments and conduct training sessions. In addition, you actively participate in the replacement and introduction of our systems for Field Service Management.

Your tasks:

• Application support: You are the central contact person for our employees in the service back office and our service technicians and support them with questions and concerns regarding SAP CS as well as our FSM systems
• Knowledge transfer: You train our employees in handling SAP CS as well as FSM systems and ensure practical knowledge transfer
• Project collaboration: You actively work on projects related to our Business Applications, for example in the replacement and introduction of a new Field Service Management system
• Operational day-to-day business: You support the smooth running of our service processes and take on recurring tasks such as invoice printing, checking service invoices and processing error logs
• Data preparation: You consolidate data from various systems, prepare it in Excel and make it available for evaluations and further analyses
Proximity to the business: During visits to our branches, you are in direct contact with employees, conduct training sessions and promote the exchange of experience

• Varied role: You combine application support, operational day-to-day business and project collaboration and thus gain a versatile insight into our service processes
• Proximity to the business: You work closely with our service back office and our service technicians and experience directly how your work supports the daily work of our employees
• SAP S/4HANA transformation: You accompany the switch from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA and gain valuable experience in a company-wide transformation project
• Exciting system projects: You contribute to the further development and replacement of our Business Applications, for example in the introduction of a new Field Service Management system
• Structured onboarding: In the first two months, you get to know our daily business and the processes in our branches directly on site. This gives you the necessary practical knowledge for your future role

• Professional experience: You bring at least three years of professional experience in a commercial or technical environment
• Application support: You have experience in supporting users and enjoy helping with questions and problems
• Business Applications: You have experience with Business Applications such as SAP, Field Service Management systems or comparable applications and have a high IT affinity.
• Excel & data: You have very good Excel skills and can consolidate, prepare and evaluate data from various systems
• SAP knowledge: Knowledge of SAP CS or another SAP module is an advantage; appropriate training is provided
• Project collaboration: You are interested in participating in system and digitisation projects. Initial experience in project work is an advantage
• Working style: You think in networks, work independently and in a structured manner and quickly find your way around new systems and processes
• Knowledge transfer: You enjoy explaining clearly and practically and like training employees in the use of our systems
• Languages: You have fluent German skills in spoken and written form. French skills are an advantage
