What you bring with you
- Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in reception or an administrative role.
- Experience in resident administration or healthcare is an advantage.
- Good MS Office skills; experience with NEXUS is a plus.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner.
- You are a service-oriented, empathetic and communicative personality.
- You enjoy working with older people.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
Your tasks
- You warmly and professionally welcome our residents, relatives and guests.
- You are the first point of contact at reception and on the telephone and answer enquiries competently.
- You independently manage resident administration (from admission through changes to discharge).
- You prepare contracts, correspondence and other administrative documents.
- You assist with invoicing and other administrative processes.
- You work closely with the Finance & Administration management and various specialist departments.
- You organise and manage office supplies.
- You support the planning and implementation of events and internal projects.
- You work with our modern resident and administration system NEXUS and ensure careful data maintenance.
