Claims Management Officer Debt Collection (m/f/d)
(permanent, full-time) Join our team at our location in Schlieren – flexible working conditions available
Your responsibilities will include:
- You take responsibility in receivables management and independently manage the files assigned to you while always keeping an overview.
- You communicate by phone and in writing with a variety of contacts – from lawyers and authorities to debt restructuring offices as well as consumers and debtors.
- You initiate legal measures according to the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG), including debt collection by seizure or bankruptcy, legal openings, and civil lawsuits.
- You represent infoscore AG professionally in negotiations before conciliation authorities and district courts.
How you will succeed in this role:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification.
- You enjoy telephone and written communication and present yourself confidently and professionally.
- You have very good to fluent German and French skills – both spoken and written.
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in debt collection, fiduciary services, or a law firm.
- You work solution-oriented, are assertive, and at the same time a true team player.
- Quality and efficiency are a given for you – you work in an organised, reliable, and goal-oriented manner.
