To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Disposal Clerk (m/f/d) 100% at the Urdorf location

Clerk Service Centre & "Material Flow Management" 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Receipt and processing of customer enquiries and ensuring order processing in our ERP system
• Contact person and central interface to external and internal departments such as logistics and operations scheduling, invoicing, material flow management management and laboratory
• Processing of new disposal enquiries as well as preparation of customer quotations
• Support of customers with queries regarding order processing as well as processing of feedback and deviations including appropriate documentation and forwarding to the responsible specialist departments
• Invoicing of disposal orders including processing of the associated documents
• Ordering of operating and auxiliary materials
• Processing of the administrative tasks arising in the service centre

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) with interest / experience in the disposal and recycling industry
• Proven several years of professional experience in customer service or internal sales, preferably in a similar / industrial professional environment
• Good user knowledge of the common MS Office suite and experience in handling an ERP system;
• German: confident, fluent in spoken and written language, French and English advantageous
• Quick comprehension, organisational talent and a goal-oriented, independent and precise way of working
• High service and customer orientation; enjoyment and confidence in dealing with various stakeholders
