In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide expert functional and technical advice to support ongoing operations and enhancements within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain. Each day, you will leverage your Workday expertise, systems knowledge, and understanding of HR processes to drive continuous improvement in user experience, data integrity, and process efficiency. You will also oversee solution design, validate functionality, and ensure alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.
The work model for the role is: flexible / global (remote/hybrid depending on location).
This role is contributing to the HR Experience (HREX) – Process, Data and Technology organization globally. Main stakeholders include HR business teams, Application Owners, Knowledge & Content Managers, and cross-functional IS and governance teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Defining the feasibility of solutions, including implementation approach and interaction with existing Workday and integrated systems.
- Providing solutions and resolutions for HCM application issues through testing, investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Designing, configuring, and optimizing Workday HCM solutions aligned with business needs and global standards.
- Supporting release management, including evaluation of new features, testing, and deployment readiness in collaboration with Application Owners.

Qualifications for the role:
- You have strong expertise in Workday HCM, including configuration, business processes, and integrations.
- You are an effective communicator, able to engage stakeholders globally and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- You bring at least 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Workday HCM modules; Workday Pro certification is a strong advantage.
- You possess a solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and functional troubleshooting skills.
- You are highly skilled in release management, testing processes, and evaluating system enhancements.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

US only (if applicable): This position is expected to pay between $92,500 and $171,500 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
