What you will achieve with us
The Grand Hotel Kronenhof in Pontresina stands for magical moments, elegance and alpine hospitality at the highest five-star superior level. Our spa, over 2,000 m² in size, is an oasis of relaxation and the heart of our wellness offering. As Spa Manager (m/f/d), you take on the strategic and operational management of this exclusive area, lead a dedicated team of therapists and receptionists, and elevate the guest experience to a new level.

Your tasks:

• Operational & strategic spa management: You ensure the smooth running of the entire spa, pool and fitness area, guarantee optimal utilisation and continuously develop our treatment offerings.
• Team leadership & inspiration: You recruit, coach and empower your team, create duty and holiday rosters (with Mirus), conduct feedback discussions and lead by example as a motivating role model with a warm service culture.
• Highest quality standards: You consistently implement the directives of management, as well as LQA and Forbes standards, and continuously develop the offering.
• Guest enthusiasm & sales: From professional advice at the spa reception to complaint management, to the creation of the annual spa brochure and exclusive spa events, you ensure unforgettable guest moments.
• Purchasing, stock & hygiene: You manage the ordering selection for products and inventory (in coordination with the deputy management), conduct inventories and pay meticulous attention to order, hygiene and water quality (in cooperation with the technical department).

• Professional experience: Several years of leadership experience as a spa manager or deputy – ideally in upscale luxury hotels.
• Leadership skills: Personal strength, empathy and a trained eye for fostering your team.
• System & language skills: Fluent German and English (additional languages advantageous); proficient use of common spa & duty planning systems (e.g. TAC, Mirus).
• Personality: Great sense of responsibility, organisational talent, business acumen and composure even during peak times.
