Your tasks
- Professional, individual care and support according to established care guidelines
- Respectful and loving accompaniment of residents, with their dignity and self-determination at the centre
- Participation in handovers, team meetings and further training
- Ensuring complete, professional and detailed care documentation in Care Coach
- Active involvement in the RAI assessment
- Assuming daily or shift responsibility
- Supervision, support and assessment of apprentices Health Specialist EFZ
What you bring
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ and professional experience, preferably in long-term care
- Training and experience as a trainer
- You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and enjoy passing on your knowledge to colleagues and apprentices
- You are independent, competent and value active thinking
- Empathetic support of residents is as natural to you as effective work organisation and appreciative teamwork
- Good oral and written German skills
