Junior IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
A technically skilled professional is sought for the reliable operation of a versatile IT environment. The role combines user support with the management of clients, servers, and laboratory infrastructure as well as collaboration with a central IT team.
Responsibilities:
User support for technical departments and executives
Installation and management of software via SCCM as well as license management for specialised applications
Analysis and resolution of faults in 1st- and 2nd-level support
Support of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Linux, Proxmox and telephony
Procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
Ensuring backup, restore, and archiving
Collaboration with the central IT team and support in technical projects
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ and/or similar further education
Good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Linux
Ideally experience with CAx systems, Visual Studio, Jira, Confluence, or Git
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
Resilience, initiative, and enjoyment in user contact
Good German and English skills, spoken and written
