Apprenticeship as Digital Business Developer

What to expect with us

• In the first year of your apprenticeship, you will complete an external basic year (Bbc). This enables you to start quickly on productive projects. From the second year onwards, you will work at our headquarters in the centre of Zurich.
• You will accompany projects, analyse data, and optimise processes.
• You will immediately apply your theoretical knowledge in practice. This prepares you optimally for your final qualification.
• You will attend vocational school one to two days per week. On the other days, you will work with our dynamic team on the data and process solutions of tomorrow – naturally agile!
• During your training, you will spend a semester at our custodian bank in Zug and gain exciting insights there.
• You can complete the apprenticeship with the BMS, but it is not mandatory.

What you bring with you

• You attend Sek A in the canton of Zurich or an equivalent level in another canton, have good school performance, and enjoy working with people, business, and technology.
• You like to get to the bottom of things and have a flair for numbers.
• You have a quick grasp and logical thinking ability.
• You work carefully and reliably.
• You bring openness to discover new things and to work with different people.
