The Zurich Cantonal Bank (ZKB) is the largest cantonal bank and the second largest universal bank in Switzerland. Strongly anchored in the Zurich economic area, it combines economic stability and long-term orientation with the consistent further development of its digital offerings. The goal: to provide a convincing customer experience both personally and digitally.
This is exactly where the Client Channels division comes in. The focus is on central digital and physical touchpoints between ZKB and its customers, connecting needs with technology, processes, user experience, security, and operations. These include, among others, eBanking, Mobile Banking, as well as digital opening, onboarding, and lifecycle processes.

Within Client Channels, strategic topics around digital customer interfaces are concretised and prepared for implementation. A particular focus is on the security of eBanking and Mobile Banking. New fraud patterns, technological developments, and changing customer needs continuously require new solutions that ensure security without unnecessarily impairing the digital customer experience.

For the targeted expansion of this field, we are looking for you as a Senior Business Analyst Digital Banking Security.

Your challenge

• Strategic further development of security topics around eBanking and Mobile Banking, taking into account regulatory and internal security requirements
• Translation of market, customer, and bank needs into concrete security initiatives and roadmaps
• Management of complex security projects and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
• Analysis of existing security processes and identification of risks and optimisation opportunities
• Close collaboration with the eChannel security specialist unit, IT architecture, security, UX/UI, legal, and other specialists
• Monitoring technological developments and digital threats and deriving concrete initiatives

Your qualities and talents

• Education in computer science (HF/FH/University) or several years of relevant professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience with digital channels as well as security topics around eBanking, Mobile Banking, or comparable digital customer portals
• Good understanding of digital security architectures and processes as well as regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, PSD2)
• Experience in managing complex projects and dealing with technical specialists and management stakeholders
• Strategic and analytical thinking, initiative, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Fluent German skills at least at C1 level
