Cloud & OnPrem System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 100,000Role:
Modern SME infrastructures increasingly combine classic server and client environments with cloud services and hybrid solutions. In this position, you take on a versatile technical role: You manage existing systems, implement new environments, and support customers in the further development of their IT infrastructure - from initial implementation to ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
You manage the IT infrastructures of various SME customers and ensure the reliable operation of clients, servers, networks, and internet connections.
You install and configure Microsoft-based systems as well as other IT and security solutions.
You take on the introduction and support of Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions.
You assist in planning and implementing migrations from on-premise to the cloud.
You contribute to the further development and modernisation of existing customer environments.
You independently carry out technical support tasks on-site, by phone, or electronically.
You analyse faults and implement appropriate measures for sustainable resolution.
You advise customers on technical issues and find suitable solutions together with them.
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or a comparable qualification.
You have solid knowledge in the Microsoft environment, especially with client, server, Office, and Microsoft 365.
You have practical experience with virtualisation based on Hyper-V.
You are familiar with networks, firewalls, VPN, and VLAN.
You enjoy direct customer contact and have a strong service orientation.
You hold a driving licence of category B.
You communicate confidently in German and have basic knowledge of English.
