The Johanniter Retirement and Nursing Home offers a home to 129 elderly people in a wonderful location directly on the Rhine. As a certified and leading institution in palliative care since 2016, we work according to a holistic understanding of care. The focus is on quality of life, self-determination, and reliable care by dedicated staff.

To complement our nursing and care team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a sensitive and responsible personality as

Health Specialist EFZ (FAGE) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Individual and professional care as well as support of residents in everyday life
• Participation in the implementation of palliative care principles
• Documentation of care processes according to RAI LTCF guidelines
• Contributing to a pleasant living and residential atmosphereActive support of the interdisciplinary team

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care desirable
• High social competence, initiative and ability to work in a team
• Good PC and RAI LTCF knowledge
• Very good German skills (at least level A2/B1)
