At the Office for Military and Civil Protection, around 140 employees at the locations Zurich, Birmensdorf and Andelfingen jointly make an important contribution to the safety of the population.
The Civil Protection Department at the Training Centre in Andelfingen (AZA) is responsible for the training and further education of those obliged to serve in civil protection in the Canton of Zurich. The AZA has a versatile training infrastructure for one- or multi-day courses, deployment exercises and seminars of all kinds. Our infrastructures are available to civil protection, fire brigades, police, medical services, the army and also civilian organisers.
From 01.01.2027 or by agreement, we are looking for a new committed team member.

Your Tasks
- You operate and design the network of the training centre and develop it purposefully
- You ensure that the entire course infrastructure runs flawlessly, from notebooks to printers to multimedia technology
- As a link between the specialist department and technology, you coordinate concerns and bring the right partners together
- You actively shape exciting digitalisation projects of the office
- You are the first point of contact for technical questions and help employees and course participants quickly and straightforwardly
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or telematics specialist EFZ
- Very good knowledge in technical support as well as in network and server areas
- Independent, solution- and customer-oriented way of working
- Willingness for occasional special deployments
- Very good German skills, English an advantage
- Knowledge of civil and population protection an advantage
- Driving licence category B an advantage
