The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for motivated Health Professionals (m/f/d) to join our care departments immediately or by arrangement:
- Specialised medical long-term care – including places for ventilated residents (approx. 20 residents) – 80 - 100 %
- Dementia – care according to the 3-Worlds Model by Dr Christoph Held (currently 72, future 160 residents), 100 %

This is how you support us:
- You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, including professional and evidence-based care
- You gladly take responsibility for the individual, targeted, and dignified care of our residents
- You have a keen sense of observation and communicate changes in behaviour or condition of our residents clearly and appropriately to the situation
- You take on daily responsibility and work alongside in care
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a Health Professional EFZ or an equivalent recognised qualification
- You have experience in acute or long-term care and bring in-depth knowledge in at least one of our specialist areas: ventilated care or dementia
- You are familiar with RAI-NH
- You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
