Teamleader Professional Services 80 - 100% (a) Bern
Your tasks
- Technical and personnel leadership of the Professional Services team (approx. 10 Technical Project Leads and System Engineers)
- Ensuring structured project execution as well as comprehensive support and guaranteeing smooth IT operations for our customers together with the team
- Active participation in planning, design, and further development of customer environments
- Standardisation and optimisation of operational processes as well as implementation of corporate standards
- Coaching and development of employees (both professionally and personally)
Your profile
- Solid education or further training in the field of computer science (EFZ/HF)
- At least 3 years of practical experience in technical/personnel leadership
- At least 3 years of experience in system engineering
- Excellent expertise in our technologies: Microsoft 365 environment (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), Proxmox (PVE), Omnissa Horizon
- Customer-oriented, independent, and structured working style and team spirit
- High communication skills with customers and employees
- Motivation for personal and professional development
- High degree of self-organisation
