- Technically implement and support private cloud VDI and multicloud environments
- Analyse customer requirements and develop technical standards as well as new solution approaches
- Support technical project management in demanding infrastructure and cloud projects
- Independently implement customer projects in the areas of private cloud, multicloud and modern workplace
- Administer and optimise Citrix-, Horizon- and Microsoft-based workplace environments
- Analyse and sustainably resolve complex faults in 3rd-level support
- Continuously improve existing system architectures in terms of performance, stability and operation
- Several years of professional experience in cloud, workplace, system or infrastructure engineering
- Solid experience with cloud desktop technologies such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and VMware Horizon
- Good knowledge of virtualisation, backup technologies such as Veeam, as well as Windows Server and Windows Client
- Very good knowledge of Active Directory, group policies as well as Microsoft 365 with Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID and Defender
- Experience with hybrid infrastructures, multicloud environments and demanding customer projects
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence
- Plenty of freedom to design technical solutions and customer projects

Responsibilities
- Design, build and further develop modern workplace and cloud solutions for customers- Technically implement and support private cloud VDI and multicloud environments
- Analyse customer requirements and develop technical standards as well as new solution approaches
- Support technical project management in demanding infrastructure and cloud projects
- Independently implement customer projects in the areas of private cloud, multicloud and modern workplace

Profile
- Completed training in computer science, for example IT specialist EFZ with a focus on platform development/system technology, certified computer scientist HF or comparable further education- Several years of professional experience in cloud, workplace, system or infrastructure engineering
- Solid experience with cloud desktop technologies such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and VMware Horizon
- Good knowledge of virtualisation, backup technologies such as Veeam, as well as Windows Server and Windows Client
