About the job
PrA Vocational School Teacher 60–80 %
Do you want to accompany, strengthen and inspire young people on their path? From August 2026, you will have the opportunity to do so as a PrA vocational school teacher with us. You teach general education, German, mathematics and sport, and support learners with different needs – individually, appreciatively and practically.
- You design your lessons in general education, German, mathematics and sport – from planning to evaluation.
- You accompany and strengthen PrA learners individually on their path – as diverse as their prerequisites.
- You develop practical learning settings that activate, motivate and make competences visible.
- You support learners in further developing their self-, social and everyday competences.
- You work in a network with internal and external specialists as well as training companies.
- You record progress and write meaningful learning reports and documentation.
What to expect:
- You teach at our PrA vocational school, currently attended by around 50 learners from five institutions in five classes. Your lessons take place five days a week in the premises of BBW Winterthur, where you have your own classroom.
- You work in continuous team teaching and design the lessons together with another specialist. Small classes with a maximum of 13 learners allow you close and individual support.
