About the job

The Sennhof offers a home for over 120 people in the modernised historic building as well as the new "Diamant" building with the large park area, of whom 40 people live in the spacious protected residential area. For our 230 employees, individual care and support, a varied catering offer, as well as a diverse range of cultural and social events, are very important. To strengthen our care team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks

• Co-responsibility for the personnel, professional and organisational management of a residential area
• In the absence of the Head of Residential Area, full assumption of the function as Head of Residential Area with corresponding authority to issue instructions
• Needs-, resource- and competence-appropriate planning of the subordinate employees
• Correct management of the electronic care documentation and performance recording
• Responsible for professional care and support of the residents as well as promotion and development of care and support quality
• Professional and practical support in job-specific issues
• Practical work in care and support as well as co-responsibility for training

Our requirements

• Training as a care specialist HF or HF recognised
• Good social and professional competence as well as pronounced communication skills
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Good IT skills

• Annual salary at 100% CHF 75,000 – 95,000 as well as 5 weeks and from the age of 50, 6 weeks holiday
