OAAT AG is the national institution for service providers and insurers in healthcare, based in Bern. Its aim is to support contracting parties in the application and further development of the national tariff systems for outpatient medical services. To complement our team, we are looking for a qualified and committed person to start immediately or by arrangement

Project Manager TARDOC 80%

Your tasks

• Scientific further development of the outpatient tariff structure TARDOC
• Validation of medical services through literature research, studies and data analyses
• Analysis of service, cost and process data as well as preparation of sound decision-making bases
• Collaboration with medical experts, tariff partners and scientific institutions
• Preparation of scientific findings for decision-making bodies
• Participation in strategic and interdisciplinary projects

Your skills

• Experience in empirical research, literature research as well as planning, conducting and evaluating scientific studies.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and quality-oriented way of working.
• Ability to present complex scientific and medical issues in an understandable way.
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with professionals and stakeholders.

Your qualifications

• Completed university degree in social sciences, medicine, economics or a comparable field.
• Very good knowledge of German; knowledge of French as well as knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system or tariff systems is an advantage.
