People Partner (w/m/d) - Transformation & Change

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture personality for our international, technology- and engineering-driven environment, who works hands-on, advises leaders on an equal footing and at the same time is eager for change.

Our organisation is in the midst of a transformation. Structures, roles and collaboration in P&C are being rethought. For this, we are looking for someone who remains curious, questions the status quo and does not wait for everything to be defined.

• Advising and sparring with leaders on local operational and overarching people topics
• Supporting performance, talent, development and succession processes
• Responsibility for demanding employee relations and labour law issues
• Support in reorganisations, change and transformation
• Implementation of global P&C standards into pragmatic local solutions
• Collaboration with international P&C functions and specialised departments
• Active shaping of the further development of the P&C organisation, processes and services
• Participation in transformation and change initiatives within P&C
• Promoting collaboration between business partnering, HR operations and CoE
• Ensuring high acceptance and sustainable anchoring of changes within the organisation
• Taking an active role as a change agent within the People & Culture function

• Several years of experience as a People Partner, HR Manager or in a comparable generalist P&C function
• Solid experience across the entire employee lifecycle
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and employee relations
• Experience in international, complex organisations
• Ideally experience with engineering, R&D, technology, production or operations
• Experience with change, transformation or organisational development
• Strong business understanding and high advisory competence
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Eastern Switzerland at least 3 days a week
