Junior ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Independent management of support client mandates with modern AI solutions
Planning and implementation of Windows & Mac infrastructures
Troubleshooting and fault resolution in the IT environment
Customer support on-site and remote
Close team collaboration and solution-oriented support
Qualifications:
IT training in computer science or a related field
Experience with Microsoft, Mac, VMware ESXi & Hyper-V
Good knowledge of network technology & virtualisation
Independent management of support client mandates with AI solutions
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
