The VZ is the leading independent financial service provider in Switzerland. We create transparency in the banking and insurance market and advise our clients comprehensively and neutrally. We are looking for temporary support for our pension foundations at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zurich.

Temporary Support in Portal Management & Support (1 December - 31 March)

What to expect with us

• Administrative and telephone support in the VZ corporate portal support team.
• Review and processing of applications for portal use as well as creation and management of user accounts.

What you bring with you

• You are IT-savvy and can quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
• Experience in telephone and written customer contact is an advantage.
• Careful and reliable working style with recurring tasks.
• Very good German skills (spoken and written), additional language skills in French and English are an advantage.
