These are your tasks
- Take overall responsibility for the IAM service as well as its quality, lifecycle and strategic further development
- Ensure secure identity lifecycle processes and automated authorisation assignment for human and technical identities
- Further develop role and authorisation models as well as coordinate approvals and quality checks
- Manage access governance and regulated exception procedures
- Monitor IAM data quality, key figures, controls and audit evidence
- Work closely with internal IT departments, specialist and application managers
- Ensure and enforce legal, regulatory and normative IAM requirements
This is what sets you apart
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in the field of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- A sound understanding of IAM governance, role and authorisation management, identity lifecycle management and access control concepts
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and in managing cross-departmental projects as well as a confident manner towards specialist departments and technical managers
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent working style and a high sense of responsibility
- Very good German and good English skills

Your workplace is at Monbijoustrasse 11 in Bern, right by the main station.
