Your tasks
• Ensuring first- and second-level support
• Managing user accounts and access rights
• Handling and coordinating incidents and disruptions
• Ensuring stable and smooth client operations
• Supporting and advising end users on IT matters
• Maintaining and further developing software distribution
• Operating and supporting specialised applications
• Participating in and supporting IT projects and rollouts

Your profile
• Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment
• Experience in IT support or a similar role is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation with enjoyment of direct user contact
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality
• Technical flair and quick comprehension
• Willingness for occasional work outside regular hours
