Lab Technician R&D (a), 80-100%
To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in active ingredient production, we are looking for a committed Lab Technician R&D (a), 100%. In our production facility, you will manufacture pharmaceutical peptides under GMP conditions. Through practical training, you will gain the necessary confidence to work independently and responsibly on our production equipment. You enjoy hands-on work and take pleasure in varied tasks.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation, execution, and evaluation of laboratory experiments
- Developing and optimising the manufacturing process from synthesis through purification to the final active ingredient, as well as peptide production, partly under GMP
- Responsibility for analysing experiments and interpreting results
- Active participation in improving our equipment and workflows, as well as maintaining laboratory infrastructure
- Involvement in scale-up projects and optimisation of manufacturing processes, as well as evaluation of new technologies and reagents
- Ensuring clean documentation
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician (EFZ) / Bachelor in Life Science or comparable education or professional experience
- Enjoyment of preparative organic chemistry in an innovative environment
- A flair for handling technical equipment and software
- A structured, clean, and independent working style
- Flexibility, communication skills, and willingness to learn
- Very good German skills (at least B2 level), English skills are an advantage
