Tasks
- You will assist in the maintenance, further development and documentation of SharePoint platforms.
- You will support our employees with topics related to Microsoft 365 (e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- You will create and maintain instructions, guidelines and training materials and also work on various cross-departmental projects and initiatives (digitalisation projects etc.).
- We also count on your help in collecting, preparing and analysing key figures.
- Depending on suitability and need, you will support process management in visualising and documenting business processes.
- Furthermore, you will gain insights into the administrative activities of the Finance and Legal departments.
Profile
- You already have a completed vocational training in the commercial sector or IT environment.
- You are interested in administrative activities, digital working methods and business management contexts.
- Your high IT affinity and enjoyment in working with Microsoft 365 are prerequisites, as are your good MS Office user skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- You work with enthusiasm and interest to familiarise yourself with new topics and are open to new technologies and digital tools.
- You are characterised by a quick grasp, structured approach, reliability and independence.
- We also count on your flexibility and a pinch of humour.
- Your confident German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.

About us
At the Office for Building Permits, we work today on the Zurich of tomorrow. Our task is to examine building applications, buildings and facilities with regard to building law and safety. We inform, advise, assess and mediate even before a building application is submitted, conduct the approval procedure up to the decision and monitor the execution of construction work with regard to building and safety regulations.
