How you can make a difference
- Manage our modern and advanced IT end-user environment
- Support your colleagues in first- and second-level user support on-site and remotely
- Maintain our Windows PCs, Macs, smartphones, conference rooms, and multimedia devices at the location
- Operate and maintain the workstations and their technical infrastructure
- Actively contribute your know-how in various IT projects
Who we are looking for
- You are an open and curious person who thrives working in a dynamic environment
- After completing your IT apprenticeship with a federal certificate (EFZ), you have gained several years (2+) of professional experience in a comparable position
- In your career so far, you have acquired solid knowledge in supporting Windows clients and Microsoft 365 as well as in handling ITIL-based ticket systems and processes
- Ideally, you have experience with hardware and software for conference rooms (e.g. Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hubs)

As the newest member of an established and steadily growing team that has already made great progress in the successful collaboration between our specialist departments and IT, you will find an open-minded group with diverse colleagues who value diversity, uniqueness, and cross-project exchange of ideas. Within our IT department, you will build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders (Service Management, Service Owners, Change Delivery, and IT management). Through these relationships, you will gain a profound understanding of the administration and maintenance of IT services.
