For this position, we are looking for a committed and independent individual with solid knowledge in accident insurance and a passion for careful, customer-oriented claims processing. Tasks:

• Qualified and proactive handling of accidents
• Active, independent, and customer-oriented case management
• Drafting complex correspondence and conducting demanding telephone conversations
• Regular communication with insured persons, customers, as well as authorities, doctors, and legal representatives

Requirements:

• Completed commercial or comparable vocational training, ideally with a professional certificate in insurance
• Professional experience in the field of personal insurance
• Confident German language skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus
• Communication skills, negotiation ability, and assertiveness
• IT affinity and quick comprehension of digital work processes
• Motivation, commitment, and a sense of humour
