In this role, you actively shape the development and further advancement of our Physical AI & Robotics business area. What to expect
- Responsibility for the operational handling and strategic development of the robotics product range in line with our category strategy and growth targets
- Identification of new market opportunities and technology trends around robotics, machine learning and physical AI as well as scouting, onboarding and successful market launch of new manufacturers
- Responsibility for defined sales, contribution margin and budget targets as well as entrepreneurial management of the business area
- Leading manufacturer and supplier negotiations and jointly developing a competitive and attractive product portfolio for our various sales channels
- Together with marketing and sales, developing and implementing go-to-market activities, communication priorities and marketing measures
- As a central interface and coordination point between manufacturers, sales, marketing and customers, converting new technologies into concrete business opportunities
- Supporting sales in acquiring and developing new and existing customers, especially for larger projects, tenders and solution-oriented customer enquiries
- Implementing the pricing strategy across various sales channels and working closely with purchasing, sales and logistics on large orders and strategically relevant projects
- Organising and conducting internal and external training sessions and events
What you bring
- You have a commercial or technical basic education and ideally further training or a degree in robotics, product management, business administration or a comparable field
- You bring 5–7 years of professional experience in product management, business development or a comparable go-to-market function
- You know the Swiss ICT channel and ideally already have an active network with manufacturers, partners and/or customers
- Topics such as physical AI, machine learning, robotics and data-based solutions excite you and you have the corresponding technical knowledge
- You combine analytical and networked thinking with entrepreneurial action and recognise market and business potential early
- You convince with high initiative, an independent and efficient working style as well as strong negotiation and communication skills
- You enjoy contact with manufacturers, partners and customers and know how to win over different stakeholders for new topics and business opportunities
- You are a solution-oriented personality and a team player who enjoys working across departments
- You communicate confidently in German, have very good English skills; French skills are an advantage
