IT Employee Application Support Webshop / ERP

Your Tasks

• Application support for webshop including 2nd level support
• Member of the committee for webshop expansion in the role of technical coordinator
• Additional application support for ERP and surrounding systems
• Recording issues and clarifying with external partners
• Sub-project management for major changes in the ERP and webshop environment
• Support in planning, preparation and partial implementation of release work

Your Profile

• Proven experience in technical support and further development of a professional webshop with interfaces to ERP systems
• Experience and knowledge in the development and support of an ERP system, preferably Dynamics AX or D365 F&O
• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent education
• Professional training/continuing education in IT
• Good German and English skills
• Strong technical and analytical thinking skills
• Precise working method
